I am a mother, a wife, a nurse, and I have a true passion for health and sharing ideas to make each other better. I love running, cooking, being a mom, dancing, and yoga. I believe that health is not just about food and exercise. The body as a whole needs nourishment which includes mind and spirit as well. I hope to provide tangible ways to improve whole body health and wellness one step at a time.
As long as I can remember, I have been interested in health, fitness, nutrition, exercise, etc. I am always looking for a new idea, healthy recipes, workout ideas, or inspiration. Over the years, I have followed many bloggers, websites, instagramers, facebookers, etc… and I have gotten so much inspiration from them. I know it can be intimidating when searching for health options when there is so much focus on eating gluten-free, paleo, vegan, doing crossfit, running marathons, or spending a ton of money on a plan. It can be overwhelming where to start.
I want to share tangible and inspirational ways to make positive changes for your health today. I believe that small changes today can add up to big changes tomorrow. Anyone can make a change today for a positive outcome in the future. I have always strived for a whole body approach that is not any labeled diet or workout. Listening to your body and act accordingly. Be in tune with your body… it will tell you what it needs. I hope to encompass a mind, body, spirit approach to help improve and inspire health and wellness as it is truly is a journey.
